American Academy of Pediatrics Releases Report on Effects of Toxic Stress in Young Children

The Journal of the American Academy of Pediatrics recently released a technical report on “The Lifelong Effects of Early Childhood Adversity and Toxic Stress.” The report takes a multidisciplinary approach to tracking early adversity to later heath, behavioral and learning challenges throughout a person’s life.
